Torsdag: 20 min meditation
Fredag (9-17): 20 min meditation, 25 min dynamic yoga
Lørdag: 20 min meditation, 9 min dynamic yoga
Søndag: 20 min meditation , 30 min dynamic yoga + lidt pistols/pull ups/hovedstand
